Rupa is an experienced Educationist with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry, she says – she has tried to incorporate into her profile as an educationist by working on unique aspects of the school. It is interesting to note that there are no bells in the school at all-just developing a sense of time management in the students. she emphasized that learning is a lifelong process and there are no shortcuts.
Her vast knowledge in the field of Education Management has taken her to places as a guest speaker in Mauritius, Srilanka, Turkey, The USA, UAE, Thailand, Australia, The UK, and various places in India. She has authored books for CBSE and private publishers too.
She has the privilege of being invited to various advisory boards of organizations, institutions and school managing committees as an advisor/SMC member.
Rupa is a keen learner and admirer of a child’s potential. Suncity is lucky to have her as the principal of the School on the premises. A guide and a leader who shapes her team, and organization and makes policies to shape students’ experiences in school into a lifelong memory. She believes in holistic development as she has played hockey at the state level and athletics at the district level. She has also won Jaycee’s talent hunt Best Actor award.
