Jt. Secy SBWS, Rahul Bansal smelled a leakage at 8.25 pm on Sun 15 Jan and immediately informed Police and fire department. He also called me up to inform IGL teams. A message was sent to the control team and the area in charge of IGL at 8.28 pm, followed by tel. calls. A team arrived within ten minutes & plugged the leakage by 8.45 pm. Many concerned residents also got in touch with us in the meantime. Thanks IGL team for a prompt action, a major tragedy/accident was avoided due to timely action by SBWS & IGL teams.
