Holi, The Most Enchanting And Colourful Festival Of India

Before we dwell into all fun facts of the celebration of Holi at ITKT, let’s thank our team who puts up a great show one after the other, sacrificing tons of peaceful evenings just to make sure that each one of us enjoys our festivities with full enthusiasm!

Holi this year catered to each and every one.Young, old, the ones who dive into colours and the ones who only want the gujiyas and ‘Milna Milana’!

‘Holika Dehan’ was celebrated in the evening on Sunday, 24 March. Post the puja and sweets distribution began the celebration where the air filled up with joy, peppy live music and aroma of scrumptious food being prepared at food counters.

The entire society came to life with the sounds of laughter and music. People of all ages, from children to the elderly, gathered in the lawns setting the mood for the next day of uninhibited revelry.

As festivities kicked off on Monday, 25 March morning, the park transformed into a riot of colours. Children armed with water guns and packets of gulal chased each other with glee. Adults joined the fun and came out to enjoy in big numbers!

The weather was perfect; just the right amount of sun hinted as if even god wanted to foster a sense of camaraderie& unity.

As the day drew to its end, tired but ecstatic faces bid farewell to winters and another memorable Holi.

In a world often marred by discord &division, Holi serves as a beacon of hope, reminding us of the inherent goodness that lies within each of us.

होली आपके और हम सबके लिये हमेशा शुभ हो।
