Empty plots invariably are an eyesore as despite repeated advisories on not throwing any ‘Kachra’ over there they are still presumed undeclared dumping yards by many. Trying to stop this ‘uncivilised’ act, the watchman of a nearby house placed his bench surrounded by flower pots outside the plot presuming that it would possibly be a deterrent.
