Accident Outside B-4/167

Accident Outside B-4/167 and B-4/168 at the turning for B-4/192 – B-4197 such an impactful accident is unimaginable in a resident colony. I was walking to drop my son for his school bus and saw this. These two taxis must be driving at high speed with no fear of law and crashed into each other. The taxi and auto menace is ruining the colonies. They enter colonies at around 5/6 am and keep entering/exiting till 12/1 am at night.
