The whisper of heat and agonizing waterlogging get experienced within weeks.
God was kind enough to lash Gurgaon with a heavy downpour on 25th July.
The rain brought us to a grinding halt. Exclusive Floors was the worst affected among all condominiums on Club Drive Road, DLF Phase 5. The waterlogging in Exclusive Floors was up to 4 ft drowning the cars, houses & electrical panels due to which we had to shut the power.
We experienced the wrath of nature & in addition courtesy to our adjoining condominiums, who readily dispelled water out from their basement on the Club Drive Road.
This dispelled water came gushing into our campus, literally drowning our roads and ground floor spaces.
We called the officials from DLF Infra to have a look at this grim situation. The DLF Infra team visited our site same day in the morning & was stunned to see the state of affairs. They called in a team of engineers on 29th July to find out the solutions to this recurring problem.
