Life can be very fulfilling, exciting, and enjoyable and constantly growing, depending on what we see, how we feel and what we do. It’s all about the mental well-being of a person. Keeping this important aspect on which a person’s happiness depends, we invited Priti Shrivastav, who is the founder of a mental health think tank called Daya Rani. She shared some insights on how important is our emotional wellness and some tools related to it. This think tank is committed to educating individuals on essential tools, ensuring accessibility to support discussions about mental health. It aims to dismantle stigmas and misconceptions. The goal is to empathise and foster an understanding of mental well-being.
The program was well attended with members having interactive conversations.
As always, the afternoon ended with our hostesses – Achla and Dheeraj- serving a delicious home cooked meal.
