We have heard about Yoga Shivir, health check up camp etc. But we in Elite Homz we thought of a new concept – Sanskar Shivir. The idea was initiated by yours truly – Vaishali Shah and supported by Laxmi Dixit , Romi Sharma , Anju Sharma , Vrinda Hinganikar and many aunties who supported by their presence.
The main aim to start this shivir is to make our children understand the concepts of Hindu Dharma and Sanskriti. It’s to understand what are the reasons behind our festivals , rituals , fasting and Hawans. Our generation followed the instructions given by our parents or elders blindly but this new generation is smart. They want to know the reason for the actions. They are curious and inquisitive. To satisfy their curious minds, we must guide them in a proper way before they are misguided. We are doing it in a play way manner. We have included games which make them learn our ethics, values and history.
Its heartening to know that the people in society are also supporting us by sending their kids. This way they can make best use of their vacation.
Sanskar shivir is from 20 May to 20 June on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm at Elite Homz mandir.
