• The festival season of 2023 is smartly captured by the RWA of A block by planning for each festival to give chance to their esteemed members to visit the JCO club more frequently. The festivities started quite early this year with the Dandiya dance in which all age groups took part. The members were given a crash course of Dandiya dance to get ready for the two days of entertainment at the JCO club. The venue was creatively decorated with the Dandiya theme and vibrant colours to welcome the guests. The members responded positively and attended the event in big numbers and were seen dancing till late hours. The next event was Ravan Dahan and “Ramlila “by colony kids who were dressed up in Ramayana theme to actively participate in this unique show which was applauded by all the guests.
• The yearly event of Karwachauth was also celebrated in which more than 100 ladies participated. The mehndi started 2 days before to cover maximum ladies to get ready for the auspicious function in which dancing, singing, Games, Tambola, chaat stalls, shopping stalls ensured 4-5 hours of unlimited fun and masti. There were other events like Diwali Mela, Diwali celebrations in which JCO club was decorated with Diwali theme for the whole day with many activities like Bumper Tambola, Buggy rides, Kid’s show, Diwali Shopping & food stalls were planned which were appreciated by all the visitors. by Ajay Kumar (A-440, 9999055994)
