Airbnb-ing in AOH

After a most peculiar incident of a ‘resident’ looking for parking for one night, it was found that an apartment in T7 was being listed as an Airbnb home! What was even more peculiar was that this was done by ‘tenants’ who had rented the place, and who were actually not even staying here! The apartment owner seemed at a loss! The Samvada team did a small investigation and found that there was not just one apartment being listed for short-term rent on different online forums. As the law stipulates that a residence has to be only used so, fellow residents are requested to inform the office in case of any transgressions such as these, as it could potentially be a safety hazard, besides being illegal!
