Pot Holed Roads And Water Logging Woes
B3 Block is a well-liked neighbourhood known for its active community and beautiful surroundings. However, the terrible state of the roads has been a problem for a long time that has been affecting the residents. The main road in this block has become so bad that it is now a nightmare for both residents and visitors.
Potholes are a constant source of frustration and danger on the roads. Getting around the block is now like going through an obstacle course. Potholes like these are very dangerous for cars and people, especially at night when vision is low. Even though many people have complained about these potholes to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), nothing has been done to fix them.
Also, this block has a big problem with waterlogging, especially during the rainy season. The block’s drainage system isn’t very good, so water builds up on the roads and causes a lot of trouble for those living there. Knee-deep water makes it hard for cars to move, which could damage their engines. Also, water that doesn’t move becomes a place where mosquitoes can grow, which is very bad for public health.
Their anger is made worse because the MCD doesn’t care at all. Even though they have asked the government to help them many times, they have ignored them. As responsible people who live in B3 Block, they believe they deserve better. They pay their taxes and do their civic duties with the idea that basic services and well-kept infrastructure will be there for them.
It’s high time for the MCD to deal with these important problems immediately. They want the roads to be kept in good shape, potholes to be fixed quickly, and a good drainage system to help prevent flooding during the wet season. Their block needs safe infrastructure, which works well, and improves their quality of life.
