On 4 March, ATS Village Senior Citizens Welfare Association organized a Holi Milan for its members. Around 75–80 seniors attended the celebrations. Every member was applied Chandan Teeka on forehead as a token of welcome by the office-bearers of the association. The program started with snacks and drinks. A game of Tambola was played. Thereafter, all attendees played Holi with Flower Petals only. It was so enjoyable, especially since no colours of any sort were used. Some great talented singers sang Holi songs. It continued for a good half an hour and another game of Tambola was played. Some more singers showcased their talent, especially Kanak Chaturvedi, a very prominent classical singer and a resident of ATS Village, sang a few beautiful songs.
It was followed by a full-fledged spread, a buffet dinner. Mr. Gajri sponsored Kulfi for dinner. S. P. Rawal distributed Gujiya and Mathri boxes to all attendees. All seniors proved that age is just a number and it doesn’t hamper their enjoyment.
