All over the world, Yoga Day is celebrated on 21 June every year. Scientific evidence shows that it supports stress management, mental health, mindfulness, healthy eating, weight loss and quality sleep. Yoga opens up the blockages of our mind, body, breath and emotions. It creates a way for the rejuvenation, rest and growth of our body. Our Espacia AOA organised a Yoga session for all the residents on Friday, 21 June under the guidance of Mrs. Santosh Dubey at the park between Towers 34 and 35 from 6 to 7 AM. Santosh ji encouraged everyone to practice Yoga on daily basis for the attainment of perfect harmony, self-healing, detoxing body and mind, self-awareness and increasing concentration power. It also decreases stress, anxiety, depression and tension in physical body by activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
