Yoga- A Gateway To Healthy Life!
We are living in an era where AI is intelligent enough to pass our most difficult exams or to answer human queries. In this fast moving world, we all need a gate way that helps us maintain a good physical and mental wellbeing to be competitive and move faster. Yoga, originated in ancient India thousands year ago, is the discipline that not only helps us achieve physical and mental wellbeing but also connect us to our spiritual self. There must be something magical in it because of which it is able to spread its footprints all over the world and being celebrated as a world Yoga Day. Yoga is a Sanskrit word translated as “yoke” or “union” and yoke means to draw together, to bind together; or to unite. Its aim is to yoke or create a union of the body, mind, soul, and universal consciousness. Yoga is usually a full-body workout that involves three important elements physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana). The research in past has shown that the people who practice yoga daily has relieving stress, low-back pain and neck pain and improves mental/emotional health, and sleep. At last, we can say that yoga is the golden key that unlocks the door to peace, tranquillity, and joy.
