This time the ladies of SDA daily doing yoga with their young instructor Yashika Gera decided to give a scintillating performance on yog along with a song on yoga by synchronising the steps with the song and it’s wordings …daily for almost ten days the 7 ladies. Poonam, Sudha, Anita, Harleen, Surinder, Niru and Savita practised daily for an hour without fail to get proper results. Even the bad weather and the scorching heat didn’t deter the determination of these ladies. All the ladies decided to wear black bottom and white top to mark the yoga day and to bring uniformity.
Then SK GYM franchise of actor Salman Khan served health drinks to the residents and gave them mats to perform yoga and even gave tips on how to lead a healthy life. Their expert instructors made all the residents do yoga with their mermerising instructions. Then there was sponsorship from AU Bank also who served coconut water,paper boat, aampanna and jaljeera and nimbooz.
