The free yoga classes started by the Deli Govt have been stopped but the enthusiastic ladies of B4 block continued with the classes as they all love their Young instructor Yashika. The group celebrated yoga day by wearing white T shirts, did yoga and meditation and thanked their instructor Yashika for her dedication and sincerity. Dr Yadav treated everyone with coconut water. A similar programme of yoga and meditation was held at the library also.
