Yoga is a spiritual practice that has the power to heal the wounds of the soul, ushering in a new era of rejuvenation and self-discovery. The International Yoga Day was celebrated on Friday, 21 June 2024, in Central Park of Apex Athena. More than 70 people participated at 5:45 AM. This year, people from the age group of 8 years to 80 years participated. After the yoga session, bananas and coconut water were distributed to the participants. In Apex Athena, yoga classes were started in 2018 by the late Shri O. P. Sharma, who retired from Indian Railways, free of cost. Since then, it has been a daily affair in the society where a group of 20 residents do yoga in the morning.
