The Yog Vigyan Aivam Manav Kalyan Trust organises free Yog classes across Delhi. For the last few months, the Sanstha is running one such free class, every morning at 6.45 am, at The Tikona Park GK2. The Sanstha organises a huge Yog Diwas celebration on World Yoga Day, 21st of June every year. This year the members of our Gk2 group also got the opportunity to attend this event. The venue was Astha Kunj, the huge park, close to the ISKCON temple in Sant Nagar. The founder members, the trained teachers of the Sanstha, registered students and volunteers were present there. The event was open to all those who respect Yog and want to be connected with it. Everyone was welcome to join and participate. A whopping 650 people attended the event. The Sanstha promotes the importance of Yog which means Oneness-to join or harness ourselves towards the state of oneness. Asanas and pranayama are a significant part of this mission.
