We at Parsvnath Prestige celebrated the International Yoga Day based on the theme “Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” – the World is one Family. On 21 June, we all at PPRWA together started the Yoga session at 6 am in the Amphitheater. The event was inaugurated by an opening speech of our President Deepak Mangal (J3-102) followed by a speech by an 8-yr-old child, Arjun Lohani (F-503). The event was led by our Yoga Gurus Atul Gupta (J2 803) and Sweta Patel (D-507), who are residents of Parsvnath Prestige. We all gathered in huge numbers and did all Yogic exercises as per the Common Yoga Protocol.
Children also participated in the Yoga Day celebration and performed asanas with ease. Below are the activities along with the name of the children who performed: (1) Rohan – holding flag with Vriksha Asana; (2) Darsh – holding flag with Vriksha Asana; (3) Himanshi – Natraj Asana; (4) Idhika – Natraj Asana; (5) Nabhya – Warrier Pose 1 (Virabhadra Asana); (6) Mrigank – Warrier pose 1 (Virabhadra Asana); (7) Riana – Chakra Aasan; (8) Kayra – Chakra Aasan; (9) Arjun – Parvat Aasan.
