Kamiya Gupta, a resident of B 90 and one of the Founder Members of Yogic Living Foundation, organized a Yoga Camp in South City 1 from 20th to 27th May 2023.
Over a span of eight days about fifteen people from different Blocks in South City 1 attended the Camp. We all are in the quest of achieving a symphony between our physical and eternal selves and the practice of Yoga helps to pave the way towards this.
YLF was started by Pawan Aggarwal who is a yoga practitioner since his school days and his wife Jasneet Kaur who is a yoga and dance practitioner. She is also an enthusiastic environmentalist who maintains a zero- waste home. Both hold degrees in MBA. They aim to spread yoga to each individual and in doing so they want to help make the world a healthier and happier place.
My personal experience at the Camp has been a very rewarding one whereby I got reintroduced to my inflexible joints and managed to cajole them into becoming more pliant. Even stiff muscles have begun to relent into becoming suppler. I plan to take this forward not only for myself but I also intend to “convert” the skeptics amongst us.
