To commemorate International Yoga Day, a Yoga Session was conducted on 21st June on the lawns of Central Park at Exclusive Floors. In association with Arya Yoga Academy, EFOS gave a unique platform to the residents to jog their brains and brawn cells. It was heartening to see that both children and adults (even senior citizens) showed great interest in the session.
The yoga session kicked off at 6:00 a.m. sharp and went on till 8’O clock. The best part was that even during the downpour, everybody kept enjoying the yoga session. Nobody looked for shelter under the trees. Various asanas were performed with great fervour and everybody had a whale of a time.
In today’s world where more than physical, mental health is the key concern, YOGA indeed is a panacea for all kinds of problems such as stress, anxiety and depression. It is indubitably a good means of keeping oneself hale and hearty. It certainly improves strength, balance and flexibility of the body and inspires us to lead a healthy life. Let all of us pledge to make YOGA an intrinsic part of our life to lead a stress-free, tension-free and fruitful life.
