Many residents had complained about the services provided by the Safal outlet in D3&4, Vasant Kunj. This was conveyed by the local RWA to senior officials of Safal, who in turn did their own due diligence. The owner of the Safal outlet suddenly stopped services citing lack of working capital on his part, a Safal official told RWA. RWA was also informed that in a week’s time a new owner will be appointed and efficient services restored. Meanwhile the current owner was allowed to continue till his replacement is chosen and is ready to take over.
