What’s With This Incessant Digging?

The continuous digging that goes on in the Sector is incomprehensible and inexplicable. Sometimes it is done to lay cables for various telecom providers, sometimes for gas pipelines and other times for water pipelines. Agreed that digging is inevitable to avail some facilities but the problem arises when this digging comes without prior intimation and causes mighty inconvenience to those around. The worst part is that the agencies which undertake the digging conveniently forget that filling up the gaping ditches and holes is also part of their job.
