1.They are people who volunteered for community service while many declined.
2. Theirs is an honorary job.
3. If I were a part of RWA in the past, did I try to fulfil the expec-
tations I now have?
4. When I expect response almost 24/7, do I forget that they also have families and a life beyond RWA!
5. Do I remember they are not super humans?
6. Did I try to solve the problem myself first?
7. Am I trying to involve RWA in settling bilateral disputes?
Can I try and use a fellow resident/neighbour as a mediator?
8. Am I using my interaction with RWA for self-projection?
9. Do I remember that RWA functionaries have been elected and trusted by a majority of residents before I start to challenge them?
10. I am dealing with a team of members with diverse backgrounds and it is normal for them individually to deal with a situation differently!
11. I can be firm without being impolite.
12. Lastly, am I ready to act as a volunteer if & when RWA needs one in a role where I can contribute?
