An AOA committee looks after the administration and management of a condominium including the apartments, facilities & common areas. Espacia too has an AOA committee that works to the best of their ability for the betterment of the society.
On Sunday, 7 January 2024, elections were held to choose the new AOA committee. With a voting process by Espacians, the new committee was welcomed while the older one was thanked for their good work & improvement in scenario.
To ensure that the Espacia improvement continues, on Monday, 8 January, the winning candidates were designated their positions as new office bearers.

2. Group Captain Shailesh Mithal – Vice President
3. Mr Sandeep Bansal – General Secretary
4. Mr Vinod Taneja – Treasurer
Mr Dinesh Kumar Wadhwa, Mr Vikas Kapoor, Mrs Santosh Dubey, Mr Ashok Kumar Goel and Mr Virendra Kumar are the other core members of the team. We wish them all the best to take forward the tasks ahead and deliver within the time span.
