The Apartment Owners Association Board of Management results were announced on Wednesday, 12 July. A short introduction of the new BOM position holders & members follows.
Mr. Alok Sahdev (5161) – President: Mr. Sahdev has a background in civil engineering (IIT Delhi) and 40 years’ experience in construction & facility management. He is also a mentor, a trainer & a soulful singer. This is his second term in the BOM.
Mr. Mukul Roongta (10114) – Vice President: Mr. Roongta has a background in Engineering with an MBA (IIM Lucknow) and ~18 years of experience in finance, legal, process management in the Infrastructure and IT space. He is a sports enthusiast and is beginning to become an avid trekker.
Mr. Nikhil Singh (11254) – Secretary: Mr. Singh is a technology sales leader with extensive experience in the Communications domain. He loves challenges & comes with a problem-solving mindset. This is his second term in the BOM.
Mr. Kunwar Shahnawaz Khan (8253) – Treasurer: Mr. Khan has a rich experience of leading BOMs & is also a seasoned IT professional. His experience will help in the completion of major projects here. This is his second term in the BOM.
Mr. Anand Sabharwal (10141) – Member: Mr. Sabharwal has a background in Pharmaceutical marketing and had also been actively involved with South Delhi RWAs. His passion to contribute to the betterment of AOH motivated him to become a part of the BOM.
Mr. Sudhir Mehra (12014) – Member: Mr. Mehra’s entrepreneurial experience will be useful. His creative expertise is sure to add a flair to the horticulture workings of AOH. This is his second term in the BOM.
In the President’s opening remarks, Mr. Sahdev says, “I request resident champions to help out in the areas they want to see a positive change in.”
