Residents of DLF Phase 2 in Gurgaon faced an unexpected inconvenience as a problem in the water pipeline disrupted the water supply for nearly nine hours on 11th October. The supply was shut down from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, leaving residents scrambling to find alternatives for their daily water needs.
The issue in the water pipeline was identified early in the morning, and the Gurgaon District Municipal Authority (GDMA) immediately dispatched a team to address the problem. The disruption was caused to prevent any further damage and ensure a swift restoration of water supply.
The GDMA team worked tirelessly throughout the day, managing the complex repair work efficiently. Despite the challenges, they successfully fixed the issue and restored the water supply by 7:30 pm, alleviating the concerns of the affected residents.
The disruption was an inconvenience, to the residents of DLF Phase 2. It is to be remembered that the GDMA conducted full-fledged repair of the main pipeline on MG Road, Jacaranda Marg and other parts of DLF Phase 2 on 5th October.
