Some cyber theft messages — Cybercriminal took control of my mother’s phone through remote access and called for KYC of a wallet app. They then attacked 2 of her bank accounts withdrawing a handsome amount of money. Through remote access, they can read all data in phone including SMS and bank operations and also opened a new bank account in a bank through their online app! “Kindly avoid wallets apps for transfer of money as they do not fall under RBI regulations, use direct bank applications for a safe transaction.
