As the nation’s tricolor soared high on the 77th Independence Day, Safdarjung Enclave resonated with community fervor and unity, as residents from various all blocks joined hands to celebrate the occasion in distinctive ways. The day witnessed a medley of cultural programs, inspiring speeches, and community initiatives that showcased the spirit of patriotism and togetherness. In Block B5, the celebration took, on a twofold charm as both the B5 Residents’ Welfare Association (RWA) and the United B5 RWA organized their unique events. The heartwarming sight of children and ladies participating with unmatched enthusiasm highlighted the essence of the day. Their passion for their country was evident through their spirited performances and meaningful contributions to the celebrations. Meanwhile, in Block A1, the Independence Day celebration was marked by a grand flag hoisting ceremony followed by a delectable brunch. President PP Singh and his team orchestrated a spectacular show that left everyone in awe. Distinguished guests, including MLA Somnath Bharti, his family, and Councilor Sarita Phogat graced the occasion, amplifying the sense of community involvement.
B2 Block- A true tribute to the freedom fighters came alive in Block B2, where Commander Gupta, Shantanu Bhattacharya, Surinder Thapar, and Rachna Tiwary took center stage.
