The RWA at Ivy put up a great celebration, for the residents to ring in 2024, from the comfort of their lawns. A veritable customized set-up; starting with a lovely playlist, and great catering, down to a cosy, covered setting with heaters installed, ensured all were comfortable and had an enjoyable evening.
The mainstay of the evening was the catering by Fat Lulu’s, known for their delectable wood-fired thin-crust pizzas. Fresh spring rolls and hot snacks were doing the rounds, throughout the evening, followed by a scrumptious main course and the icing on the cake was the gourmet ‘Artiste’ Ice- cream, sponsored by a generous resident.
In addition to the food, there was a ramp walk for the adults, and a couple of games for the kids, to add some fun quotient. Glammed-up Ivyians, strutted the ramp, replete with poise and swagger.
As the evening warmed up and spirits rose, the DJ played out some great retro numbers, getting the crowd on their feet and cheering their way into the New Year.
It was a night filled with laughter, joy, and shared moments. Residents and guests alike came together to welcome the new year with open arms, creating memories that would be cherished for years to come.
