Janamashtami, the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna, was celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm, on 24 August 2024, powered by GSCHB Society. Our local Counselor, Himani Jain graced the occasion by lighting a lamp.
The highlight of the event was the Ras Leela, where Krishna and Radha, accompanied by Gopis (cowherdesses), danced in joyous abandon. The synchronized movements, colorful costumes, and lively music created a whirlwind of energy, transporting the audience to the idyllic setting of Vrindavan.
This enchanting Krishna Radha dance performance was a poignant reminder of the transformative power of love and devotion, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of the audience in attendance.
The Janmashtami celebrations were a testament to the community’s spirit and devotion, bringing people together in a joyous and festive atmosphere.
