Using Public Forum for Personal Communication

It was interesting to see in C block RWA WhatsApp group, message from a resident of ground floor writing to resident of first floor of the same building to get the drain cleaned to avoid damage to the building. It is difficult to comprehend what prompted the resident to use RWA WhatsApp group to communicate with the neighbor. The selection of public forum for communication of personal information between two individuals is strange. The act is definitely not likely to strengthen relations between the two neighbors. The incident demonstrates lack of understanding and trust among neighbors and co residents. A matter of great concern for Society.
