For the very first time, a 5K Marathon is being organised by Silver Dreamers right here in our neighbourhood around Silver Oaks! This event is not just a run; the primary goal in organising this Marathon is to foster community engagement, promote a healthy lifestyle, and bring our community together in a positive and active way. Date : Sunday, 3rd December 2023; Time : 6:30 A.M. onwards
To ensure ease of access, all participants will navigate through the immediate vicinity of our neighbourhood (around Silver Oaks), ensuring a safe environment for this inaugural Marathon. For everyone’s comfort and energy throughout the Marathon, hydration points will be strategically positioned along the route, and some nutritious snacks will be provided to refuel. To help cover these essential provisions/ basic event expenses, a very nominal registration fee of only Rs. 100 is being charged. Any leftover proceeds from this event will be reinvested into our community only.
