The Swimmer Helps the Budding Athletes
The Grade 12 student of Sep By Step School, Noida, Suhani Jain has won many championships as a swimmer. A resident of Silver City (P3/12a, Tower 6) Sector 93, Suhani started swimming at the age of 4. Within a few years, since age 10, she started representing UP at the nationals and broke 3 state records in under-10 championship. Further she made 3 state records in under-17, in 2023, in senior and junior competitions. She won 17 gold medals in under-17 and under-14 state championships, and won individual championship 4 years in a row.
A remarkable achievement at a growing stage, Suhani was able to excel due to self-determination, rigorous routine, discipline and by following an organized dietary plan. She has a long way to go!
A path full of experiences, she now wants to shares knowledge and resources for multifaceted approach to athletic performance. Suhani has formed a platform, endorsed by UP government, wherein she imparts resources about the importance of nutrition, recovery, supplements and strength training. She has 2000+ followers.
Parents, Bhumika and Sachin Jain, have been supportive of their daughter’s skill in swimming that needed her to put in long training hours and to accommodate her regular studies during the championships.
