On a groundbreaking achievement, students of Unnati showcased their creative talents at the prestigious Winter Carnival of an elite school in Sector 128, Noida. This marked the first time that Unnati students had the opportunity to prepare, display, and sell their handmade products in such a renowned institution.
Under the guidance of their teachers, the students crafted an array of innovative items, including Santa stockings, Santa hats, pencil tops, and more. The students’ hard work paid off, as they successfully sold their products, earning a impressive sum of ¹ 10,000. This amount will be utilized to provide the students with better resources and facilities, further enriching their educational experience.
One student, in particular, stole the spotlight with his exceptional talent in visual arts. Despite facing challenges in academics, he had always shown a keen interest in art. The Winter Carnival provided him with the perfect platform to showcase his skills, and he made the most of it. He created eight live portraits, selling all of them, and receiving overwhelming appreciation from visitors. Some even inquired about his drawing class rates, while one generous individual offered to promote his artwork.
The student’s reaction to the response was heartwarming, as he became overwhelmed with emotion. This experience not only boosted his confidence but also reinforced the importance of pursuing one’s passion.
The Unnati team is grateful to the elite school for providing this opportunity, which has created lifelong memories for the students. This experience has been a testament to the power of creativity, hard work, and determination.
