Unattended Car Causing Dirt and Health Concerns Outside Power Station

This car is standing outside power station near the washerwoman, repairs tailor Puneet, On enquiry, Puneet informed that it’s standing here for last about two years & doesn’t know its owner. It’s gathering so much dirt on it. In such a polluted weather, such unowned cars should be asked to be towed away & save the residents from inhalation of unwanted dirt, who go there for alteration of clothes, as sometimes they touch it unknowingly, & have asked him to get it removed.
