Treat Guards with Respect

Though guards in our colony our treated with great level of respect but there are certain residents who are not as respectful as others. In a recent incident a resident in an inebriated condition entering the colony brushed his vehicle against the gate. The space to enter was enough for even a truck to pass. Not only the resident got rude with guard but flowered him with choicest of abuses. He while leaving abused even the RWA. Unfortunately, the incident did not end there and he came back driving rashly almost ran over the guard and then came out and manhandled him. The matter was reported to the police but no action has been taken against the resident as yet. We need to understand the RWA guards are here to serve and work with dignity and definitely not here to be verbally and physically abused.
