The residents of Swarn Jayanti Rail Nagar (A-1, Sector-50) express their sincere thanks to Samvada and Noida Authority officials for clearing the encroachment created by vendors all along our boundary wall and the Central Market. Once again the peace and tranquility has returned to Rail Nagar residents. The smell of the stinking drains has also almost vanished. However, in some parts the encroachment by shop owners still continues.
It is learnt that Noida Authority has formed an anti-encroachment squad to make Noida free of encroachment, which is a very welcome step.
Similar anti-encroachment drive should also be taken in Sector-50 Central Market for shop owners. They have occupied the veranda and also encroached the space in front of their shops by putting materials and DG sets. It does not look decent and tidy; give this market a shabby look. This also causes hindrance during cleaning of premises.
The cleared space all along the boundary wall of Swarn Jayanti Rail Nagar should be paved. Some additional plantations can also be done. The space all along the boundary wall can be put to use as parking for the visitors of Central Market. This will certainly increase the food fall in the Central Market and the shop owners will be benefited in the long run.
