Toilets raising a stink

almost every public toilet seems to be unkempt and dirty, the obvious reason being the shortage of water. Presently the toilets use water from adjoining parks which results in the toilets going dry without water for days owing to various reasons. The recent DC visit may change this as instructions to apply for new water connections have been issued so that there is sufficient water to keep them clean.
