NCR summer means air conditioner, doesn’t it? But that, in turn, means water spillage in different forms. When our saviour ACs get serviced, we send out messages of “AC servicing tomorrow, please remove clothes from the balcony” (or, in one case, “AC servicing going on, please remove your clothes” – true story!). But no matter how many cautions, water does end up dripping & spilling to the lower balconies, making us powerful enough to manufacture rain!! Lately there has also been a lot of talk on Espacia groups about water dripping from upper floor AC units onto the ones on the lower floors. Not only can this dripping water create an electrical issue with the other AC units, but it also makes a lot of noise on falling onto other outdoor units. Uppar walon! Please have a water outlet pipe put and that too inside your own balcony!
