Three Simple Steps – How to Scoop the Poop!

A young resident of the Sector has sent a video teaching pet owners in three simple steps how to scoop the poop. I would request the RWA to make it mandatory for all “dog lovers” to scoop their pets’ poop  with a poop scooper, which is easily available on Amazon. Anyone found not doing so should be fined a minimum of Rs.100 every time instead of engaging a cleaner to clean up after the pets have defecated on the Sector roads. Everyone should be cleaning up their own mess, instead of employing someone to scavenge for their pets. Pet owners must take responsibility for their pets in the complete sense, besides ensuring that nobody is harmed by their pet’s behaviour/actions!
