Some health-conscious residents feel that people should not be allowed to smoke on the premises of the apartment complex as it sets a bad example for children, and also because those around involuntarily become passive, second-hand smokers. To this, another resident responded saying that not allowing smoking is not justified as each one is responsible for his or her own health, and said that instead a few ‘Smoking Zones’ could be demarcated to avoid inconvenience to others. Hmmmmm, this suggestion has to be coming from a smoker!
