We are back with our monthly meet of get togethers, lunches and entertainment. The November meet was held in the Green Lounge of Holiday Club. It is ideal to host small parties of around 30 people. The association had decided to promote saree culture. Therefore a dress code was decided for the lunch and that was dark pink saree. Surprisingly most of them adhered to the dress code and one saw ladies dressed in various shades of pink, looking bright and beautiful. The President welcomed the ladies and narrated a story on “Have firm faith in God”. Social worker, Seema Malhotra, spoke about the condition of our household helpers without whom our lives can go awry. She offered to give advice and help them to cope with their challenges. This was followed by Tambola and lots of prizes were given to the lucky ones and not so lucky ones too. Holiday Club special soup was served with the appetizers. The ladies enjoyed themselves in the beautiful Green Lounge and are looking forward to many such more.
