The Lotus Boulevard Radhe Krishan Temple has been a part of the residents’ lives for a long time. Its origin can be traced back to the days when our society had just started giving out house keys to the residents in phase 2.
The Radhe Krishan Temple has not always been a permanent part of our society. At first, there was only a temporary abode constructed for the gods whose idols were brought to the society on Hanuman Jayanti in April 2016.
The Temple is run by the offerings made by residents. It has two pandits who worship the idols and make offerings daily. It has decided to distribute tea all day with the help of volunteers in winter.
There are also many residents who provide snacks and tea to society helpers on some days.
The Radhe Krishan Temple always has a few events it conducts whether it be Janmashtami, Ganesh Chaturthi, yearly anniversary or weekly Hanuman chalisa. While obviously a religious place, it has become a space for residents to connect with each other and also help those in need.
The Temple is a happening and holy place which everyone should visit at least once.
