A few residents had objected to sirens being used by the Sector’s Mobile Patrol team, even though these were introduced after detailed discussions with the Police Department. In keeping with the sentiments of the residents, the RWA has stopped the Mobile Patrol team from using sirens. If the Police Patrol visits our Sector and continues to use their sirens, it is outside the ambit of the RWA’s jurisdiction.
