Despite complaining to the authorities (DJB, MCD, Police and Traffic Police) no action has been taken against the illegal taxi stand that has mushroomed on Ribu Saxena Road outside Hill View. They are sitting there with taxis, vans and erected tents to live. They have become a nuisance as they drink and make Merry all night. The lights on this road have also gone kaput. There are no bulbs which presumably have been stolen. BSES should come forward and help in lighting up this area which is in complete darkness.
