Due to intense cold in the past weeks, kids stayed at home and were not brought out to the parks. The children’s play area in the A-block Park in Sector 93B had a deserted look. This park is visited by children only along with some elder family member. We are told that because of a few cases of street dogs biting the people in the colony lanes, parents cannot risk sending their children to the park without escorting them. Efforts have to be made to get over this fear, by tackling this situation responsibly.
