Suspicious Activity in L Block Park

Recently a Morning Walker found liquor and beer bottles in L block park (near lanes 28,29,30). The empty bottles were accompanied by snack wrappers. It seems that someone used the park for drinking in the late hours of the night. The night duty guard had no clue about how these bottles found their way into the park. Residents suspect that this could be due to the springing up of illegal guest houses in the area which had led to the movement of suspicious outsiders in the vicinity.
