Shikha Rai on the request of SBWS, made through a letter of 18 May, deputed two super sucker machines in S Block for a day. These two machines work in tandem. One throws a huge powerful jet of water in the drains, flushing out the accumulated mud & silt & the other machine sucks out the dirty water & other materials from the drains. It is understood that each machine has cost two & a half crores. The method is much better than the manual cleaning & very fast. Many residents praised the efforts of SBWS & Shikha Rai.
