As the whole nation was submerged in prayers during the countdown to the inaugural ceremony of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Shubhkamna Society too was caught up in the spiritual fervor.
The residents and ladies of Shubhkamna society joined hands to organize a Sunderkand paath on 21 January in the Club House of the society. A beautiful Ram Darbar was set up, a special group to sing bhajans was invited and all the residents brought sweets and fruits as offerings.
Prasad was distributed along with serving of water, tea and snacks to warm the devotees in the withering cold. After the Sunderkand paath, residents danced to captivating bhajans and the gathering echoed with praises to prabhu Ram.
All the residents present were full of peace in their heart, prasad in hands and a smile on faces as they left the venue to welcome Lord Ram to their abodes.
